Stacy graduated college at the age of 19 (began at the age of 13), with a Major in Music. She's toured the world as a secular artist and has written music for television and films. When she moved to Nashville in 1990, she was a recording artist and wrote for EMI Music Publishing for 5 years, starting in 1995. She's had songs recorded by Tracy Byrd, Steve Azar and many others. She's also had a number one hit in Australia, with a video that played for two years on their CMT. Recently, she collaborated with Grammy winning songwriter Dennis Scott, to write two songs that have just been released on a first time ever recording project by the well known educational company Scholastic's...'A Tribute To Clifford The Big Red Dog'.

As Jewish music began to emerge as the musical center of her life, Stacy recorded two original Chanukah songs for a Warner Brothers Records project entitled 'A Children's Chanukah'. The Nashville Symphony, along with the Metro School's Children's Choir has performed one...'The Hand That Lights The Candle'...in their Holiday Pops Concert at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, with nationally known Kenneth Schermerhorn conducting. Over the last 10 years, both songs from this recording have become standards in holiday concerts in the public and private schools across Nashville. Currently, Stacy is recording these and 8 more original Chanukah songs for a project that has been commissioned by her own congregation.

As an Artist in Residence at Temple Ohabai Sholom in Nashville, Stacy is a Cantorial Soloist and Jr. Choir Director. She has performed regionally for 14 years for B'nai B'rith, Haddassah, NCJW, Youth Camps, JCC's, Jewish Federation, UAHC Regional Biennial and much more. She's created Jewish Songwriter Nights around Nashville to showcase Jewish songwriters that have had number one hits with artists like Garth Brooks, Wynonna, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw and many more. She's also had the privilege of performing in concert with some of the most wonderfully, talented contemporary Jewish artists today.

Stacy has performed at CAJE for the last three years. Her song 'Find Your Voice' was the theme of the opening and closing concerts at CAJE 29 this past year at Hofstra University in NY. Her music is quickly finding its way into services, religious schools and more.

Stacy's recordings are cutting edge...with a fresh new sound. She produces her music in many styles...from a jammin' and rockin' 'Ahavat Olam' to a hold up your flashlights and sway 'You Shall Love'... from her funky-hip 'Sh'ma' ...to the pop-rock-radio friendly 'Shehecheyanu'. Stacy enjoys combining singable melodies with catchy grooves...stretching the boundaries while blending with the traditional.

With the release of her 2nd CD, Stacy has launched her first national tour as a Jewish Contemporary Recording Artist. Her 'Ha Makom - The Place Tour' is giving those that have only heard her recordings an opportunity to experience the raw energy and excitement, as well as the spirited and soulful moments that make Stacy's live performances so memorable. Whether in concert, services or leading songwriting and choir workshops, Stacy's musicianship and dynamic vocal talent continues to capture the attention of her audiences as an emerging force in contemporary Jewish Music.
